Crisis Response Services

Our Crisis Call Centers provide immediate crisis aid wherever you are experiencing a mental health emergency. Whether sending support directly to your home, connecting you with capable and compassionate care, or providing you with a plan for ongoing support, our dedicated team ensures you are never alone in a time of crisis.

Our Mobile Crisis Teams consist of licensed mental health clinicians and counselors extensively trained in de-escalation and crisis intervention in the areas of mental health, substance use, and situational crises. Our teams are available to provide support in any mental health emergency.
Upon arriving at the scene of a crisis, we assess the needs of you or your loved ones to provide immediate stabilization and resources. Once the crisis is alleviated, we work with you to coordinate the necessary next steps towards sustainable health and provide regular follow-ups to ensure recovery.

Our Crisis Intervention Training provides educational and training services for first responders throughout Maryland including law enforcement, education systems, and other organizations. We prepare individuals on the front lines of crises to conduct basic suicide interventions and other emergency mental health services. Our goal is to ensure each individual is properly prepared for any crisis throughout their tenure as a first responder or within their community.
In addition, our Crisis Intervention Training equips first responder with personal support and resources to bolster their own mental health, positioning them for success regardless of the crisis and traumatic events they will surely face.

Our Crisis Stress Management Teams provide debriefing and stress management services to support individuals, groups, and communities that have experienced the distress of a traumatic or challenging event, including natural disasters and instances of widespread violence.
At The Santé Group, we believe linkage to appropriate long-term care is critical in preventing future crises and making recovery possible. Through our Linkage and Coordination Services, we work with individuals, their families, and community organizations to coordinate with emergency departments, case management, county social services, a variety of outpatient mental health service providers, among other Services, to ensure every individual has access to the on-going community resources and treatment they need to achieve lasting recovery.
In times of a natural or man-made disaster or emergency, our Crisis Response Systems will provide leadership through the State and County designated disaster Behavioral Health team. We will assist in ensuring a coordinated, integrated response for deployment of behavioral health workers in both the response and recovery phases.
In Cecil County and Mecklenburg County, our School Intervention Teams are solely dedicated to working with students within the county school systems who are experiencing mental health crises. Our teams respond to crisis situations, working with students and their loved ones to arrive at a safe and stable crisis plan and provide connection to necessary community resources.

Our In-Home Intervention Teams in Baltimore County, Maryland work with individuals and families to develop intervention strategies in hopes of avoiding future crises. We evaluate your situation at home to develop a multi-week strategy to bring relief and position you towards recovery. In addition, our team works with individuals who have experienced a crisis and need longer-term care services to ensure necessary linkage to the resources and care they need to recover.

Our Urgent Care Clinics offer diagnostic evaluations and assessments to Baltimore County residents who need immediate care and support. We take the time to understand the mental health or substance use emergencies for each individual and provide tailored treatment resources, referrals, and recommended next steps, including therapy and medication management.
Open seven days a week, Baltimore County residents can receive care within 48 hours.

In Baltimore County, our Care Coordinator is specifically trained to work with individuals who have been admitted to the emergency room by the Mobile Crisis Team. This individual works alongside all crisis service components to connect individuals with specialized resources and appropriate referrals and linkage sources.

In order to strengthen the larger community, The Santé Group is dedicated to education surrounding the topics of emergency behavioral health services, crisis management and other related behavioral health tops. We coordinate educational training for providers and community members on the services and resources provided by our Crisis Response Program, We also utilize our social media accounts to bring awareness to the services we provide, reaching an audience that would otherwise not be aware of our services.
