Through tailored services and programs free of charge, our licensed clinicians and psychiatric licensed nurse practitioner ensures every individual in our community receives the support they need.

The Santé Group’s therapy and treatment services and programs are free to homebound seniors, 60 years of age and older, who reside in Montgomery County, Maryland. All therapy and treatment are offered in-home and provided in English, Spanish, and/or other languages through interpretation.
